So when Stumpy's 21st came around, he and his pal Dave took a boat out to the middle of the lake. Stumpy stepped out of the boat and nearly drowned. Dave managed to pull him to safety. Furious and confused, Stumpy went to see his grandmother.©JOKEDEMO.COM
